The Vedanta Academy is situated amidst the picturesque hills of Malavali, 108 kms from Mumbai, in Maharashtra State, India. Founded in 1988 by Swami Parthasarathy, the Academy offers a three-year full time residential course on Vedanta. Men and women between the ages of 18 and 35 are eligible for enrollment irrespective of nationality, race or religion. English is the medium of instruction
Academy The curriculum includes intense analysis of a range of scriptural texts expounding Vedantic Philosophy. The study is complimented by select works from English literature and poetry. The course also includes a module for training students in Sanskrit language and verses. On completion, graduates are awarded a diploma in Vedantic Philosophy.
